My 500mm X-Quad with DJI M-Lite and FPV setup using a Mobius action cam

We no longer have our online store but if you have purchased from us in the past we still have parts and will continue to support anybody who purchased our kits.  If you need anything just email me at sirparks@gmail.com.

We should have the workshop and laser back up and going early next year.  At that point we plan to do some small limited edition runs as we come up with new designs.  We will post here once available it will be first come first serve.

What Else Do I Need?

New to R/C?  Here is a list of everything else you will need to get in the air.

ITEM ONE - Transmitter & Receiver

You need a minimum of 5 channel transmitter & receiver to control the craft.  Four channels are used for flight and the fifth is to set the flight mode. Option 1 is What I use:
Spektrum 6700 DX6 6 Channel System w/ AR610 Receiver

DX6i 6CH DSMX Radio System with AR610 Receiver

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K5S6KQA/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_7I4Wub16DJ1ZC   Option 3 is a bit more costly for a non computer radio but includes an excellent flight simulator. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXERVH&P=ML - This is the transmitter and flight simulator. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDPFP&P=V - This is the Receiver

ITEM TWO - Battery Pack

2200-5000mAh 3 cell LiPo battery.  I prefer the lighter packs even though the flight times are reduced the flight characteristics seem better the lighter you can keep the craft.
Here is what I use:
Turnigy 2200mAh 3S 20C Lipo Pack HobbyKing RC Battery

ITEM THREE -Charger/Power Supply/Connectors

780mm Prototype Quad

This is designed with taller legs and longer 13" arms to allow for a GoPro or similar to be mounted underneath.  The longer arms reduce the maneuverability but greatly enhance the stability.  So far this is proving to be a great quad for getting the hovering steady shot.
